Eid Gifts for Children

Following the terrible flooding across Pakistan, millions of children have been left at the mercy of the heat, lack of sanitation, lack of safe drinking water and the lack of food. Most are now huddled in tents in relief camps with nothing to do, and suffering the misery of malnutrition, diarrhea and malaria.

They are not in a position to even think about Eid at the end of the Muslim month of Ramadhan, or for the Christian or Hindu children, just of playing and looking forward with hope.

Humanity First Pakistan has decided to provide over 2,000 gift packs to those children next week. These packs will be provided in a Humanity First draw string bag that the children can keep their possessions in, and will include various items including:

  • High energy biscuits
  • Crisps viagrasstore.net
  • Sweets
  • Ludo and tennis ball (to encourage communal play with other children in the camps)
  • t-shirts
  • Plastic lunchbox and drink bottle
  • Colouring books and stationery

We hope this will brighten their day and help them get through this difficult time. If you would like to help us deliver more packs, please donate via our bank account in Pakistan.
